Unable to Export

Hi all, I am currently unable to export any of my plans! I am needing to do this asap!

We are deeply sorry, there has been a problem processing your request.
Cause: Server responded with: 500 – Internal Server Error

When trying to export!

Earlier it would appear to work but never got the email….

there were some connectivity problems with our servers but it is solved now

the servers had an auto update that caused them to reboot. now we are fixing the problem as we speak.

PDFs appear to be working however Images don’t (well after ten mins I still have not got it)

It has been quite troublesome the last 24 hours but once again it is fixed.
