loading problem

Whenever I try to make a floorplan, all i get is a little thing that says loading…. plz help me!!!

Yup – same with me on Firefox. I had everything, then tried to print and Firefox crashed. Now I cannot load anything!

Load the newest version of Flash and the problem is fixed.

Hello people, sorry to hear this, we are aware of the loading bug in Internet Explorer 7 and trying to fix it as soon as possible.

Hi again, we think we solved the problem; could you try to log in and load your plans again? You may have to delete your browser cache and cookies before it works. Don’t forget to may have to fill in your email and password again if your cookies are deleted. Please lets us know here if you still run into some problems. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.

Added to the previous note: mind that changes you make in your old account will not appear in your migrated account.

I have the latest version of Firefox 3.0.3, the latest version of flash, I have deleted my cookies and cache and it still does not work. I suggest you migrate us all back and fix the problem before starting this beta test up again. Currently this website is of no use.

Sorry to hear that it doesn’t work, for most users it works now though. Can you post the link to your plan? And in what system are you working (XP, Vista, OSX?) Then we’ll take a look what the problem might be.

Had the same problem as well. Turning off the popup blocker for fixed it.

I am having a few differen issues, firstly it will not save any changes i make, it will not duplicate my plan, i have added my block to it, and it’s shows in thumbnail on dashboard but when i open plan, block is not there. desperate as i need to finish this design asap. Please Help
