Printing Problem

When I print the icon everything except the objects are all black. All you can see is the windows & doors & objects.

I had the same problem – plus the final drawing had the garden area all in black 2008-10-21 03:25

We made some changes to the printing system last week. These changes should improve the printing: printing shadows, maximum use of paper etc.

What you can try is removing your Temporary Internet Files (cache) and then reload the page. Does this help?

I have had the same problem this week with trying to print the floor plan…What is going on???

We found a problem with Flash Player 9 on Windows and we think we fixed it. Can you try again please?

As of 7 am, 10/23, I reloaded the page and the print comes out as a solid black line 1/4 inch wide with a tiny (1/2 inch square) floor plan shown. The rest of the page is blank white with your company logo on the lower corner.

I also can’t print – it comes up with an error saying ’a script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player 10 to run slowly, do you want to abort this script? It still prints (even if you click yes or no), but only prints half a page. Please help! 2008-10-24 06:25

We’re going to find out what is causing these problems. We currently turned off the new way of printing and returned to the old way.

You should be able to print again. Remove your Temporary Internet Files before you reload the page, just to make sure you load the latest version.
