Is there a way to indicate sloping attic ceiling/walls, that would show in the 3D view?

Since shortly there is. Draw a surface with the surface tool over the room that should have a ceiling. click it, press the “i” for the properties and select “edit height”. Set the elevation to your maximum ceiling height. Then, click anywhere outside the surface to hide the menu. Click again on the surface and select one of the corners that has to be lower. Type in the lowest height. Now you can see you have a low ceiling in 3D. You can alter the height of a wall or of an individual wall corner also after clicking on them.

good luck

Thanks for the tip – I just tried to follow and I’m only able to edit the Elevation when I click on the corner of the surface, not the height. Even when I edit the Elevation, it doesn’t show anything different in 3D?

This worked for my purposes. Thank you Nico!
