Turning a plan on axis in 3D causes part of the plan to go of the screen

When I display my plan in 3D it displays off to one side, then when I turn the plan through through it’s axis some of the plan goes off the screen. This happens because the axis is not in the center of the plan.

My question is how do I bring it back to the center, meaning how to I bring the turning axis back to the center of the drawing?

In fact I have the same plan where the axis is still in the center of the plan, which means some how the turning axis had moved.
