Phantom walls in 3D

First off, I LOVE the program and have recommended it to many people in my condo crazy city as it’s perfect for figuring out how to plan furniture arrangements and giving us a 3D idea of how a space will actually be. Buying from a plan is scary enough, but this seriously helps.

My problem: my drawing is fine in 2D and 80% ok in 3D, but there seems to be a phantom wall that cuts my layout down one side. When I look in 3D from one side, the door to the bedroom, den, etc are all there, but from the other, there’s no door and the den is completely closed off. I played with the walls and the blue line thingys, but to no avail. Am I missing something or is this some artifact from an earlier rendition I made?

Thanks for the complements! it’s quite something to hear we’re actually making something useful :)

I have seen these phantom walls happening in 3D before, so it may help to post the link to your plan here so we can see for a solution.
The 3D is still under development now and we hope to fix a few things with an update quite soon; maybe this problem will be solved too then.

I am new to the program but have spent quite a few hours on a large, complicated home plan and now have a phantom wall showing up in 3D. Overall results are good but this is very frustrating, The previous reply is from 2008 so really am hoping for a suggestion.
